Highly twisted loops

Tom Moran has been working on ways to confine highly twisted loops and thinks he may have found a stable regime that is highly twisted and narrow; this could in principle explain uniform cross sections observed in coronal loops. We will run a stability analysis of some of his proposed solutions.
