Connection map verification

Here are notes on testing Manolis' heuristic connection map maker. He will provide some connection maps that we will use to generate fluxon models. The fluxon models can then be compared with various other extrapolations and with EUV images of the Sun.
Manolis will provide:
- A magnetogram
- A partitioning
- A list of centroids of the N and P partitions
- A matrix of connected fluxes between the different partitions.
